We took another 15 mile run/rollerblade today through the forest preserve. 10 minutes faster than last time! And yet, my ankles are just as sore... Hmm...

Wow! what great shots! It's gonna be a great marathon in October! My Maine Man did cross training last week (hiking and biking), and this week, um, sort of rested (???)(did small runs), but he's ready to re-enter training in earnest now.
no wait, that was most definitely NOT EB, but she was signed in on my computer and it kind of went on autopilot.
As much time as we've spent together, you'd think my own computer would know if was me!!! Go figure. . .
that is one hot view. i miss our old columbia rollerblading days...
